The recently completed Hua-Hin Blue Lagoon Resort is a luxury 5 star beach-front resort serviced apartment hotel located adjacent to the new Sheraton Hua-Hin Resort and Spa, where guests can enjoy the use of the spa, fitness centre, magnificent lagoon swimming pool, 2 top class restaurants, a business centre and direct access to the beach. Starwood prefered guest members can claim there usual discounts or enjoy a 15% discount with the use of an exclusive Blue Lagoon members card. Start the day with an international buffet breakfast for just 650 Thai baht. After a sun filled day relaxing by the pool, or on the beach, take a trip to the town of Hua Hin which has retained it's unique identity through the years. Enjoy an evening meal on one of the famous pier restaurants overlooking the sea, being served with your choice of all manner of fresh seafood whilst watching the fishing fleet bringing in the catch of the day. Then take a leisurely stroll through the town centre with it's many open air bars, or enjoy an invigorating massage, or try bartering with the locals in one of the many night markets or bazaars. The Blue Lagoon Resort offers a choice of 148 m2, bedroom condos,that are surrounded by a 1,250 meter, winding garden lagoon-style pool, an absolute delight for kids and grownups alike. Situated with superb gardens, bordered by tropical bushes, flowers and palm trees, Blue Lagoon Resort is guaranteed to stimulate the mind and senses, ensuring the most memorable holiday possible.
Guests can choose between spacious, open-aired condos with 1 king size bed or 2 double beds in each room, all with wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. The main, open-plan living rooms are elevated above the lagoon pool, and include a comfortable living room area, dining area seating 6, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, and a large terrace with barbeque facilities. The condo living rooms feature vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans, controlled lighting, and sliding glass doors opening onto the terraces. All windows and sliding glass doors are fitted with screens, and floors are finished in terracotta tile. Air-conditioning is throughout. Situated outside each condo is a garden shower for easy cleaning from the pool or beach.
BOOKINGS.
Bookings must be made on line at least 24hrs before arrival. There is no facility for walk in bookings. There is no facility for telephone bookings. To confirm a booking you must provide your credit card details by return when you receive your invoice. No bookings will be confirmed without these details. Your credit card will be charged 24hrs before your arrival.
BANGKOK AIRPORT TRANSFERS.
Return private transfers from Bangkok Airports or Bangkok city are available.
A private car for 1 or 2 persons is 5700.00 Thai Baht return, each car.
A private minibus for up to 9 persons is 6460.00 Thai Baht return, each bus.
MANAGEMENT.
Blue Lagoon Resort is a fabulous selection of beutifully furnished and well maintained, privately owned apartments. Blue Lagoon Resort is managed on behalf of the owners by Owners Abroad Thailand who have a local office in Hua Hin and a representative from Owners Abroad Thailand will greet you at the apartment.
TOURISM AUTHORITY OF THAILAND LICENCE.
Owners Abroad Thailand are bonded with the TAT, licence number 11/5427.
ELECTRICITY
Each apartment is fitted with a seperate electricity meter. Included in the prices is a complimentary 50 units of electricty for each night, should you use more than the 50 units we will ask you to pay for the extra units at a rate of 6 Thai Baht for each unit.
RATES.
The rates shown are for Sunday to Thursday nights only. Friday and Saturday nights are charged at 1000 Baht a night extra.
December the 19th untill January the 4th there is a minimum charge of the equivalant of a 5 night stay.
Longer term unserviced rentals.
Minimum of 28 nights, excluding electricity and water charges and with one maid service visit each week.
