Cet hôtel était fantastique, le satff étaient extremeley utile et s'adapter de tous nos besoins. L'hôtel et c'est des salles étaient immaculés. Cet hôtel est bon particulary pour les voyageurs handicapés. L'hôtel est dans un endroit principal avec l'accès à tous attractions et centres commerciaux. La Russie peut être tout à fait intimidante au voyageur occidental, restant à cet hôtel fait l'expérience entière beaucoup plus agréable. Le déjeuner était vraiment bon aussi.
