Excellent service, personnel amical, grande pièce et ammenities. Quand un homme de cloche a surchargé pour embarquer mes bagages à Kyoto, l'homme de cloche et son surpervisor sont venus à l'hôtel à Kyoto et me renvoient les remboursements. Ils appologized sincèrement leur erreur. Quel service c'est ! ! ! Je ne peux penser aucun endroit pour rester à Osaka sans compter que Ritz. Je recommande fortement Ritz ! ! !

| "C'est un hôtel merveilleux dans un beau secteur résidentiel dans des chambres d'Osaka.The sont grand. Vues étonnantes de la ville. Je suis resté au niveau de club et il était simplement superbe. Service exceptionnel de chaque manière. Mais c'est un hôtel coûteux, si vous pourriez se permettre le, nous recommandent fortement cet hôtel." |
