Les salles étaient très petites et noisey. La catégorie d'âge de beaucoup des invités dans ce motel est au début des années 20 et il semble y a beaucoup d'invité d'étudiants.
Ce motel serait très bon pour le jeune voyageur mais pas les affaires ou les voyageurs plus âgés.
