Le personnel a agi comme si nous n'avons pas existé. Sur vérifier on ne nous a pas dit des transferts requis pour être réservé donc le matin où nous ne pouvions pas obtenir le transfert pour rencontrer notre vol et avons dû traîner notre bagage à travers la route puis par le carpark pour atteindre la borne. Pas une grande manière de commencer le jour ! !
